Anthony Grace is an Australian artist and founder of TSAWA, creating distinctive works that center around opal, wood, and fire. Combining precious opal with handcrafted timber, his pieces transform functional objects into expressive artworks founded in raw materials and traditional techniques.

Through pyrography, Anthony uses heat to carve depth, texture, and contrast into each surface, allowing the natural grain of the wood and the shifting colours of opal to guide the final form. All stones are ethically sourced, and the wood is always from recycled sources.

Inspired by the landscapes of outback Queensland, Australia, his work reflects a rugged and authentic sense of place.

Through TSAWA, Anthony also delivers hands-on workshops designed to reconnect people with craftsmanship, creativity, and working with natural materials—building not just objects, but skills, stories, and community.
